The “Fresh Solutions for Juicy Profits” campaign shows how we actually approach marketing at Uplatform. We don’t do things just to look good or fill space. If we do something, it has a purpose. It needs to catch attention, start a conversation, or make the experience better for everyone who notices it.
Marketing for us is not separate from the rest of the business. It works closely with product and sales, so what we show matches what we’ve actually built. That is important to us, because people can tell when things don’t connect.
Our goal is straightforward. Make it clear what we do, make it easy to appreciate, and give people a reason to stay with us. It sounds simple, but it only works when everything is thought through and the team is inline with said goal and working in the same direction.
That’s what made this campaign work, and that’s what this nomination reflects.
Our Leadership
Every team has someone who sets the standard for how things get done. At Uplatform, that’s Maria Bashkevich, Head of Marketing.
Thirteen years in marketing. Nine in iGaming. Seven leading teams. But what stands out isn’t the resume, it’s how she uses it.
iGaming marketing is genuinely difficult. You’re working with limited channels, high competition, and an industry that often plays it safe. Maria doesn’t. Campaigns are built to make people stop, not just to tick a box. And that energy shows in the team she’s built, the one where people are encouraged to push ideas further and challenge what “standard” looks like.
She has also pushed the brand in directions that are not typical for the industry. Bringing bold, expressive concepts into a space that often plays it safe. Lemon trees at SiGMA, floral installations at ICE, visual identities that break away from the usual “serious” B2B look.
And it works. Lead generation across events and campaigns has increased significantly, and both the company and Maria have been recognized multiple times across the industry.
